While I love the whole photo booth idea and would love one at my wedding- I love this too! You could incorporate the pictures taken into the guest book of the couples and people who came and signed it. While photo booths give you props that inspire you to be silly (and hide your face) this causes the guests to be silly in their own manner- and you know who is in each picture!

The cardbox is DONE! A much better picture than the other post.
I’m quite pleased with it. I bought the hatbox on sale. The yarn I’d had already (will be used in various decor items) and the white paint and wooden letters were from Dollarama, so the full alphabet was only $1.50! Painted the box, cut the slit in the bottom of the box (gotta tidy it up a bit I think, with some sandpaper) Did the letters and then wrapped matching yarn around the base, keeping it in place with my favorite glue in the entire world, Clear Tacky Glue.Tip: if you do yarn-wrapped letters, paint or color the letters beforehand in a color that matches the yarn! Thank god I had a purple marker kicking around, it saved me.
It’s also theft-proof, because the lid is on the bottom and pretty much unremoveable as the yarn is glued onto the box as well as the lid. You can’t get into it, unless you actually destroy it. (Yes, theft at weddings do occur!)
Yay! The place cards are almost 100% done (just waiting on those who need to rsvp still)…and this is done too!

- Table Numbers
- Bathroom Door Swags
- Ribbon wall for one wall!
Maybe this DIY stuff isn’t so bad after all…? (I say that now! hah)

Married life is crazy!!
Sorry I have been absent again! I have been super busy with tons of changes in my life! I am going to work on changing this blog up too! I am no good at formats and I plan on getting a new one and having my husband help me set it up! I also plan on changing the name of the blog- We are getting re-stationed this November and I am going to be turning this blog more into a business reference for myself and anyone who needs an idea.
